I know this is a free service but um,..... it would be nice to get an answer once in a while ... You dont get 20 a day, about 3 at most..... ppl come to this site for help and being ingnored has frankly made my headache worse..

Please accept my apologies for not being able to reply sooner. Unfortunately I have an exceedingly busy schedule, and sometimes just don't have the time. I also travel around the country on professional duties, and am sometimes away from my computer for days at a time. I will try my best to improve though.
