I AM 50 YRD OLD IN APRIL - HAD A BONE SCAN IN NOVEMBER-

There is no best calcium supplement. As long as you know the elemental (true, bio-available) calcium content of the product you are using and ensure that your calcium intake per day equals at least 1000mg.
