painful wrists after chilbirth
7 months into my first pregnancy, i developed pain in my wrists, i was asked to take calcium, i also massaged with balms but the pain has not stopped, my baby is 4 months old now, and the pain is still there, i am careful how i use myy hands because sometimes a careless twist can hurt very bad.i need advise, please help.

Calcium supplements will not relieve wrist pain. I suggest you go to your GP who needs to do a good examination and maybe some blood tests and x-rays and if necessary refer you to a specialist. Their can be many causes for the pain and it needs to be examined.
