Sensitive Skin
Hi I would like to find out if I need to worry about oesteoporosis. My skin is very sensitive and I get hurt real easily. Say for instance somebody just touches me a little hard then I get a terrible pain as if the person really hit me on the particular spot. Also when I hit myself against something even if it is not that hard it is very painfull.

Dear Renata
Sensitive skin does not really have anything to do with developing osteoporosis. Osteoporosis means your bones become porous and more susceptible to fractures. There are various risk factors that predispose you to this, but not a sensitive skin. You can contact the osteoporosis foundation if you want to know more about osteoporosis tel 021 931 7894
