Sore joints
I am a 45 year old male. Sometimes I have sore joints, not disabling but stiff and sore. I am very active, cycle, gym, etc.

Can drinking wine cause this? I drink a glass or two semi sweet in a two week period.

Is there a supplement I can use?

Dear PJ
It sounds like the usual "wear and tear" (osteo-arthritis) changes we get as we grow older- all those silly things we did when we were young catching up with us. Especially if their was longterm high impact activity like rugby etc.
Try and limit you high impact exercise or switch to low-impact and see whether the sore joints respond.
Your wine intake is too little to cause this. Red wine is obviously a bit better, but you don't need to stop your wine. If this is really bothering you, a check-up with your doctor would do no harm and he would obviously be in a better position to make a diagnosis than I am!
