stair climbing any side effects on bones
Good day, I exercise 5 days a weeks and on two alternate days i take stairs from 1st floor to 33 rd floor. I am worried about bones, joins etc. Could this be hurting me years later in life?
Dear Nomfundo
If you don't overdo it and there is no pain involved, I see no reason for you to stop what you are doing. I wish I could do 33 flights of stairs! Exercise can only be good for you, but remember, like all things in life- too much of a good thing is also not good. I think you are doing OK.
