Vestibular neuritis
I suffered from neuritis for the past year but have not had further attacks in the past 6 months. Will flying to USA affect the neuritis causing it to start up again?

The treatment for vestibular neuronitis depends on the etiology of the dysfunction. However, symptoms of vertigo may be treated in the same way as other vestibular dysfunctions. It would be a good idea to consult your health practitioner and/or Ear Nose and Throat {ENT} specialist who has been involved in your treatment, in order to advise and manage further. Please note to indicate to your respective health practitioner, not only the fact that you are flying, but the type of activities that you would be engaging in once you reach your destination {this is also imperative}. Upon consultation with the said practitioner/s you would be advised accordingly and in the same token be a little more assured in enjoying your trip.
