3 months notice period
If there is something in your contract that say that your notice period is 3 months can they do that? I mean it’s impossible for u to leave because no company is going to wait for 3 months for u to start. What can I do? I found a new job but they not prepared to wait 3 months for me to work out my notice period.

You agreed to a three month notice period in your contract. This is legal. Often Companies do allow you to leave beforehand.
