I would like to know under what circumstances can a company decline your application for study assistance. The company states that you must study towards something that is relevant to your job of which what i had applied for is relevant to my current job. To my suprise they have sent me a letter stating that my application has been declined but they never stated the reason why my application has been declined. please respond

It is necessary to know that unless the Company has a separate study/loan policy there is no need or law compelling a company to pay for study assistance.
