I was scheduled for a course of twee weeks I got sick the friday before the course should started on the monday. On the Monday I notified my office that I am ill and informed the company who presented the course that I will not be in on that day but the following day. I did go to the course although I was booked off by my GP I attended until that friday. I illness got worst and on the next monday I went back to my GP who again booked me off stating I should be in bed after finding out I did not follow her instruction in the first place. I then notified via an sms to my manager that I had to withdraw and that I was booked off. This morning I was called in and she is deny that she received my sms which she is prob going to give me unpaid leave. this is not the first time she lost a leave form of mines which I handed in to her on her desk 3 weeks before the day of leave and she gave me unpaid leave after I even went as far as the CFO before the date of my leave to notify him that I need to take leave. Please advice what should I do? We are talking about R700 a day x 4

If you fall sick during your annual leave your annual leave still runs.
