What should i do?
Last week Thursday one of our suppliers had come to deliver labels to us. When leaving he asked for my stapler, he later dropped it on me &  my cellphone. I got up to show him but he was so quick out the door. I phoned his company to pay for the damage but they didn' t respond to me. Today i faxed a quote of the cost of repairs. The guy in charge of the drivers replies not long after saying the driver said he left the stapler on the counter &  never dropped it. I replied buy asking then what was he apologizing so many times for then? They refuse to pay &  the bill is R950 to replace my LCD. What should i do?

it is not a labour law question i suggest that you go to the small claims court and they will help you complete a summons.
