Vitamins for weight loss
I am eating a balanced meal and exercising, but struggling to loss weight. Which vitamins can 1 take to loss weight/ boost my weigh loss?

Sometimes there might be an underlying cause if you are not loosing weight. This might include low thyroid, blood sugar instabilities, toxins etc.
General weight loss supplements (please use under the guidance of a practitioner) L-Carnitine, Gynemma, Hydroxycitrate acid, if sugar cravings Chromium.
