how much water for body weight
Dear Estie
Surely not everyone needs the same amount of water! I battle to drink 8 glasses a day. A male of say 6 foot and more should surely drink more than a female of 5 foot! What would you say is the best glass to body weight ratio! Thanks for your help.

Hello Meg

Calculate how much water you need the following way:

If a person weighs 64kg's, you devided 64 by 8 which equals 8. 8 glasses of 250ml's of water per glass is what this person will need daily.

If a person weighs 80kg's then it is 10 glasses a day.

Hope this helps.
