re: Is it serious?
Good morning Doc i would like to start off as follows: I am a student at varsity and as you know i have to commit myself to lots of studying now since the 17th of this month i have been experiencing extreme tiredness so much so that i am unable to focus. I have to admit that i have been drinking 3 to 4 cups of coffee everyday since the 10th of September. I am also using a product Neurovance. Everyday i am tired which i have never experienced. I have also considered the fact that i might possibly be tired due to an iron deficiency due to too much coffee intake, advise please.

Regards Nick uwc

many factors can play a role. if you suspect aneamia then you can use foodstate iron formulation as there are no toxicity. But if you stressed you need to increase vitamin b supplementation, drink 2 liters of water daily, even if you are slightly dehydrated you will be fatigued. avoid caffeine as this only gives you a false sense of energy, sleep 8 hrs daily. you need to eat a balanced diet, small freqeunt meals and not junk food.
