Smoking
Hi, I am an educator and i would like to know whether teachers who smoke, have the right to smoke in school. Does the school have to provide them with a smoking room. Please quote legislation if you can.
The law gives you no right to smoke in school unless you do so outside away from all the learners and other non-smokers - far away! The school should provide a smoking room with signage and extraction.
