Cardio Kickboxing
Hi Morne
I used to do Ladies Cardio Kickboxing in Randpark Ridge for a year but was too far for me to travel. It was great as everyone worked hard against the bags without any 'attitude'. Please advise if there is anything similar that I can attend in the south of Jhb (I stay in Glenvista).

Thank you for your mail. What a great time one can have if you are able to train in a ego free environment.
Here are a couple of options for you:
1. Edenvale

This will be a 15 min drive from Glenvista via the concrete HIghway going past The Glen Shopping Centre
2. Winchester Hills

4. Then there is also the Winchester Hills gym/Squash centre. I know there is a kickboxing school operating from there which also offers kardio kickboxing classes. Sorry i am not aware of their contact details. The person who runs the KickBoxing is Mike Larenjeira
I would suggest you start at no 1 and work yourself down to no 4.
