As you know there are many causes of fever in a young child. One of the most common causes in a little girl of your daughter's age is a urinary system infection.Another possibility is an infection caused by a virus. If your daughter still has a fever she must be seen by a doctor so that a clear diagnosis can be made and the correct treatment given.
