2 YR OLD STUTTERS
I am concerned abt my 2 yr old girl who seems to have developed
a stutter when she speaks. This started for abt 2 months now. Although it doesn't happen all the time but when she does
stutter it is quite bad. I'm wanting to know if this is just a phase and I should ignore it or have it checked out.
If it is just a phase, how long should I wait before having it
checked out.

I am reluctant to ignore this stutter even though she is very young. It would be better to have her seen by a children's speech therapist, even if she only gives you some advice at this stage.
