3 yrs with strong Urine
I want to know what could be the reason for a 3 yrs old baby to have a strong urine with a bad smell and dirty underwear. Should i get worried? what is the treatment for that?there are no sign of rape.

The strong urine smell may simply mean that her urine is too concentrated as she is not drinking enough fluids every day especially water.It seems that there may be another problem here and she may have a urinary tract infection. Please have her checked by a paediatrician.
