5 Months and Liquids
Hi Doc
I would just like peace of mind. Our baby is 5mnths old, he was last weighed 3 weeks ago is is due for a visit to the clinic next week. At his last visit he weighed 8.3kgs and was 64cm long. He was born at 4.1kgs. His meals include 6am 230 mls formula, 8am some cereal with formula, 9am the balance of the formula, 12 noon purity veggies and diluted juice, 3pm 230 mls formula, 5.30 purity fruit and 6.30 pm 230 mls formula (but he tends to leave about 50 -80 mls) It is imporatant to note that he does have quite a bit of juice/water during the course of the day. My concern is that he does drink quite a lot during the day... is this normal for a baby? Thanks so much for your help.

Your baby is really thriving and his weight is on the 90th percentile. There should be nothing to worry about at this stage. He sounds like he is a big, healthy little boy.
