You do not mention your daughter's age. It is not as common for children to walk with their feet turned outwards as it is for them to walk with their feet turned inwards. Walking with feet turned outwards is more often seen in children who were born prematurely, but this is not always the case. In most cases children who walk with their feet turning outwards will come right by themselves without any treatment as their balance and walking ability improves.
