bipolar disorder
my child 16 month her face is full of scratches, her cheekc are pink with scratches, she is very very short tempered, she never smiles, could this be a bipolar for her?

She ceratinly does not have a bipolar disorder. She seems to have eczema which is a very itchy skin condition. Please take her to see a paediatrician about her rash.
