cocoa
Hi
my 2.5 year old just loves cocoa. He has 4 - 5 bottles a day, app 2.5 teaspoons of cocoa and 5 sugars per day, no milk. He went off formula at 10 months when he got very sick.
Is this healthy or not.
Please advise?

I presume that your son also eats a normal full diet apart from the cocoa he drinks. He certainly should have some milk every day if only for the calcium content. Why dont you put milk with the cocoa? Are you giving him water and other fluids such as diluted fruit juice or rooibos tea? Also he is taking far too much sugar per day for such a young child.
