Dr please advise
Hi Dr.
My LO is 18 months old and had a severe nappy rash about a week ago. I used antipeol and most of it cleared. However now she still have "  little blisters"  which on occassion one or two bleed. She does complain its itchy. I have used an entire tube on antipeol in just over 10 days. I have also been giving her Reuteri.
What are these little blisters and what can i put on them?

These blisters could simply be a reaction to her own urine, but Antipeol usually clears this well. The other possibility is a reaction to her nappies, so change the brand. Another possibility is candida infection. Try Nystatin cream at least 3 times a day on the rash and see if she clears up. Keep up with the Reuteri drops.
