My daughter is suffering from accute eczema, since she was eight weeks old, her cheeks would be red and itchy, she even lost her hair bcause of scrathing as she would rub her head against pillows, last the amixture (recommended by her Paed) was made at the pharmacy; Epizone ointment was also prescribed together with allergex and the booklet addressing eczema was alsogiven to me (do's and dont's when child has eczema). since I started using the staff and acquinting myself with the do's and dont's last week Saurday the eczema is gone and she looks more beautiful.

The problem is the rush or sore areound her head : fore head, behind her ears; and now spread to other parts of the body: arms and legs. the sores look more like insect bites. when I took her to the Dr. the sore had developed already and I was told it is eczema as the right medication was not prescribed, but I could not take that cause she never had sores like these before.

since the beginning of the she is being giving me hard time when washing myself, or dressing and preparing myself for work and her for nursery, today was so bad. I arrived at an hour late she started crying. my baby is an angel she does not cry but this week 's mornings was terrible.

please help Dr.

I want the best for my baby (I am so lucky to have her)

There are 2 possibilities here and the first one is the most likely. The diagnosis of eczema was incorrect and she really has a condition called seborrhoeic dermatitis. This requires different treatment to what you have been using. The other possibility is that she has eczema and it has become infected causing a condition called impetigo. Please go back to your doctor and ask him/her directly if this is seborrhoea or is this impetigo?
