Grommets
My baby turned 6 months old today. 6 weeks ago she had grommets put into her ears. I would like to know is it safe for her to fly to the USA in December.
Will she have any problems with the flight?
Will the freezing weather do anything to her ears with th grommets?

It should be safe for her to fly as long as the grommets are draining well. Have her checked by the ENT surgeon shortly before you leave.See that she is feeding on take off and landing and use infant saline nose drops twice daily to keep her nose open throughout the trip and your stay in the US.The cold weather should not affect her ears directly, but keep them covered if it is really icy outside.
