how many bottles of Nido 1+ should my 2year old drink per day?
I am struggling with my son beeing constipated... he drinks about 8 bottles of Nido 1+ per day and he eats in between... what can be causing the constipation?

Your son only needs about 2 cups of milk per day at his age. This is about 600ml per day. It is not surprising that he is constipate with all the Nido he drinks every day. He is old enough to be on a full normal diet. He should also drink more water and also dilute fruit juice and rooibos once a day.
