IS NESPRAY NIDO 1YEAR+ ENOUGH

My daughter was having problem with milk fomula i changed her from NAN3 TO ISOMIL 2 as recomended by the padeatrician BUT her diarhoe never stops so this from yesterday i tried
NESPARAY NIDO 1YEAR+ she is doing well no runny tummy and her bowel is back to normal after a month of unstable tummy but my cocerns is it is written on the bottle that nido supply 30%of daily calcuim requirement for the toddler i am giving her 225 ML X4 perday and she is also having purity and infacre juice...and nestum baby cereal with milk three times a day and she is also on other solids but i am just worried if the milk is enough for her daily calcium requirement
