Is Rooi bos tea bad for teeth
I have a 18 mnth old baby, she has rooi bos tea in the morning and one bottle at night and ppl is telling me it's bad for her teeth! The clinic once told me that rooi bos tea if fine for babies.
How true is this?, has anybody heard about this?

Rooibos should be fine for teeth but you must not add sugar. It may stain her teeth a bit but is easily brushed off.
