Leg Cramps at 5 years?
My daugter does get growing pains quite often, but the other nite it seemed more like a cramp in her calf muscle - it was all tight.

Why would a 5 year old be getting cramps? Is it maybe some shortage in her diet?

This can occur where the child does not take sufficient salt and/or magnesium. Please discuss this with your pharmacist.
