Lymph Nodes in Toddler
Hello. I am starting to get quite concerned. About two weeks ago i noticed a tiny ball like in my daughters neck. I touched it and it didn't seem to hurt her. Nevertheless i tokk her to my paed who didn't seem at all phased by it. i expected him to do a blood test or something. But he said not to worry and it would go away.
now i notice that this "lump" is actually bigger than it was and much more noticable. I am very concerned and i ahve no idea what to do next?
Please help!

You do not say where these lymph nodes are or how old your daughter is. If she is a toddler and the nodes are in the back of her neck they are of no concern and are called ' benign lymphadenopathy of infancy' and will disappear by themselves. If she is older than 2 years and the gland are in the front of her neck and are enlarging you must take her back to your paediatrician for a check-up.
