My baby is now 5½ months. He is on formula since 4 months. I experience this last week that he burps out more milk than before. Can a baby develop reflux? (He is still on S26 Gold, but I want to change to NAN on 6 months.)

Your baby does appear to have reflux. It is very common at this age. It is a good idea to try him on the NAN 2 when he is 6 months. If his reflux continues he may need treatment. The first and simplest treatment is usually Gaviscon [half a sachet per feed] If this does not help a special anti-reflux formula may do the trick.
