rolling milestone
Hello Doc, From what age up to what age should a baby start to roll? My almost 8 month old baby does not roll yet. He will be 8months in two weeks. he lifts his legs, brings his toes to his mouth, turns his head from side to side, up and down. He has tummy time and I practice rolling with him by playing a game. Should I be worried or is he just lazy or slow? He sits supported well and falls after 5minutes of sitting unsuportive.
Thanks!

Most babies can roll over from about 3 months of age, but some babies may skip this stage. Your baby is sitting but still seems to need some support.Sitting is an important milestone and most babies start sitting unsupported at 6 to 7 months. It may be a good idea to ask your paediatrician to see your baby to make sure that his development is satisfactory.
