speech therapy
my son is now 30months and he can''t speak yet. He''ll point and say Ta for something he wants. if he wants chips, he''ll say kup. When he wants juice, he''ll say jush. He had his adenoids and tonsills removed last november as it had been affecting his hearing. After the op, dr said his hearing was fine. I am still worried that he can''t pronounce words properly. He goes to a good day care were there are lots of kids and lots to learn.

Do i need to send him for spech therapy?

Good question. It is most imprortant in view of your son's known previous hearing problem to be sure that he can now hear properly. He needs to see an audiologist and to have his hearing tested. If he can hear normally now then he should see a speech therapist as he has quite a bit of catching up to do, probably as a result of the time when he could not hear well.
