Still nto sleepign through - 16 months
Any advise is welcome!!! My son is 16 months old and still does not sleep through. I have had him at numerous doctors and peads and I have been told that I must elarn to live with it as there is nothing wrong with him. While I cope very well according to other people I do feels tressed at night because I know he is not going to sleep through, constantly waiting for him to wake up etc and I am 9 weeks pregnant as well and need my sleep. I am having a "lazy" 2nd pregnancy. Any advise - I have tried the noth going to him, giving him water instead of milk etc etc etc

He must be full when he goes to sleep so must have foods with sufficient calories in the evening. He will eventually sleep through. This is something you can't force. You have been reassured that he is healthy. Have patience, all will come right.
