How soon after the first two teeth do the others follow? My son's first two teeth came up two months ago and there is no sign of other teeth coming up, how long will it take before it comes up?

There are no rules regarding teeth and it may take many months to cut new teeth. Usually the bottom two incisors will follow within 2-6 months of the top two.
