Travelling with a baby!
Good Day!

I would just like to ask the paed or any moms out there that have travelled far away (we going to Australia in December), with a (at that time she will be 9 months old) small baby. I would like to ask if there is anything we can do to make the flight easy for her and I am wondering if there is any advice that you can offer on climatizing her and trying to get her into a routine as easy as possible. What are the symptoms of jet lag that I must look out for!

Thank you so much, cant wait to hear from you!
Enjoy your day!

Do not give your baby any sedatives before or on the flight. Make sure that your baby is sucking on her bottle during take off and landing. If her nose is blocked only use infant saline nose drops at least twice a day.
