Morning doc

My LO is going on 6 months. Yestarday, her daycare mother said that she cried for over an hour and she had no idea why. She didn't have cramps from what she could gather. She did say that she was in pain, obviously from the way she was crying. She gave her some medicine to calm het. What she also realised was that my LO is turning her head from side to side, the way a person gestures when they mean no.

I've noticed this as well. Usually she does this when she is tired, or so I asume. What could it be.

LO weighs over 9kg, eats well (purity and formula) and is a generally happy baby. She hardly ever cries. About two months ago, she started teething. However, the teething pains have stoped and there are no visible signs of teeth. What could it be?

At 6 months the most likely cause for these symptoms is teething. If she develops a fever or appears to be in a lot of pain ask your doctor to check her for a possible ear infection. In the meantime give her Panado infant drops and see if this helps her.
