very active son
my son is very avtive he goes to sleep at 11 at night he's very agresive if i buy him a toy he breaks it in 5 min, he's almost 5 and he struggles to talk he doesn't listen to anyone if i give him a hiding his nose starts to bleed can u please advice me what to do whats could be wrong with him pls help!

Your son sounds as if he has a significant problem, probably ADHD. It is absolutely no use hitting a child like this until his nose bleeds as it will only teach him to become more aggressive and frustrated.Your son needs to be seen by a paediatric neurologist and a clear diagnosis made of his problem.Do this as soon as you can.
