WORRIED- RASH ON FACE AND NECK- 1 WK OLD
Please help.
My son is one week old and has developed rash on his face and neck. It is spreading evryday. The rash has white heads and looks reddish as well.
What causes this and what cream/ointment can I use? Someone suggested I use Lipocream but thought I should seek expert advice before buying it.
All I need is something good that will remove this rash. PLEASE HELP!

This sounds llike a very common rash in infants called milia. It is a harmless rash which has a hormonal cause and goes away by itself. If there are yellow scales and the rash is on your baby's scalp it may be a rash called seborrhoea which does need treatment. From your description it sounds much more like milia
