Bioplus
Is it ok to take bioplus 3 times per day for a whole year? I want to take bioplus instead of taking a multivitamin. Are there any adverse side effects??

Bioplus is a tonic and is not meant to substitute a multivit. Take it only if necessary and you'll get more energy from it as constant use may lead you getting 'immune' to its energy-giving effects
