CALCUIM AND MAGNESUIM
Does calmag still exists on the market, or has it been replaced with slowmag. I would like to take something that has both calcuim and magnesuim and would also only like to take maybe one or 2 tablets a day. I really HATE taking tablets - and some tablets one has to take about 6 per day, is there something u can recommend- I am 36yrs and recently been to a massage therapist and she suggested that I should take something for my muscles coz I am constantly suffering with my muscles on my neck.
