Dry skin and nappy rash
My daughter she's 13 months and she have a dry skin and eczema. I've been using aqueous cream for bathing, she also apply it on her skin. During winter i used epizome she's still dry. I can't use vaseline. Her face is always dry even if we apply the Oilatum Junior cream. She always have rash on her neck, chest and on her back. She also have a bad nappy rash even though we change her regularly. The doctor once said is a fungal infection. What can i use for the eczema, nappy rash and the body lotion. Please prescribe some soap for her because she's not using any.
