@1213 - stop counting calories
To be able to maintain weight/pickup or lose weight you need to know how many calories are in foods. Ask any athlete.
Knowing what your calory intake is and what it should be for your requirements is absolutely nessasary.

Even non-athletes should know this for a healthy lifestyle.

Counting calories for no specific reason is a problem as the doc said. Hope i made myself more clear.
