13th Cheque pro-rata
If there is NO employment contract upon resignation, how do I determine if the Company should pay me my 13th cheque pro-rata? (normally gets paid in December) I have been working for them for 7 years.

If there is no empllyment contract then one would have to see how the precedent has worked i.e. have people received their 13th cheque on a pro-rata basis in the past.
