17 weeks and off Meat and Veggies - any suggestions?
I am 17 weeks pregnant and have not eaten meat or veggies since falling pregnant, the smell of it really makes me feel sick. I am now starting to eat in the evenings as I am starting to get over my nausea and vomiting, but have run out of ideas of what to eat at night!!! I have lost nearly 3kgs since falling pregnant and my Gynae has put me onto a protein shake (Formance) which I take once a day. I eat fruit, yoghurt and biscuits during the day and have a toasted cheese sandwich for lunch each day.
Any other food / dinner suggestions?

Sounds like you are doing the right things. It also sounds like your nausea is passing and you should get back to normal eating soon.
