4 years speech problem

My 4 years old daughter is struggling with her speech. She will only speak in 2 to 3 words sentences and her teacher is worried. English is not her 1st language but she is also struggling in her native language. What is the cause, is there anywhere I can take for an assessment

Oulzo, the best would be to take her to an occupational therapist first. From there on she will be referred to whichever specialist she needs (paediatrician, audiologist, neurologist, psychologist, etc.). Good luck.
