40 weeks preg baby not engaged
Hi I am 40 weeks pregnant (1st) with what seems to be a big baby (4kg according to the scan). The head has not yet engaged and I have been told that a c/s will be necessary if nothing happens by next week. I would love to have a vaginal delivery. What is the most likely outcome?
