Am i eating enough?
i changed my eating and exercising habits and lost 5 kgs. I have not lost any weight now for the past 3 weeks i have stayed the same. I downloaded an app that tracks how many calories you eat through the day and found that most days what i eat comes up to ± 1200 calories (usually a bit less) then i exercise and burn about 300calories, which means that essentially i only get 900 calories per day? Is this the reason i am no longer losing weight? should i increase my calorie intake to 1500?
