Execising 5 times a week
Hi there, So i have been exercising fr 5 days a week for 1.5 hrs, its an hour of bootcamp where we do a range of exercises and the i do 30min road running. THis havs been going on for 4 weeks now, is it normal to still be sore after 4 weeks? The ultimate goal for my exersizing is to tone,especially my bum, hips and legs. Is 6 months enough to at least start seeing results?
